Landle is a UK-based handmade candle studio offering handcrafted candles and candle-making workshops.

2. Products
All candles are handcrafted, and slight variations in colour, shape, and texture are natural and part of the product’s unique character.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. We make every effort to display products accurately, but variations may occur due to the handmade process and screen settings.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via our approved payment providers.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the stated processing time; however, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Landle is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

In summary:
We do not accept returns for non-defective items due to the fragile, handmade nature of our candles.
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Custom or personalised items are non-refundable.
6. Workshop Bookings
Workshop bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
Rescheduling may be requested at least 48 hours prior to the workshop date, subject to availability.
No-shows or late cancellations are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
If Landle cancels a workshop, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
7. Candle Safety & Use
Candles should be used responsibly and in accordance with provided care instructions.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Landle is not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper use of our products.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Landle and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Landle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products, website, or workshop services.
