REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At Landle, we take pride in creating handcrafted, one-of-a-kind candles. Due to their delicate and handmade nature, we are unable to accept returns for non-defective items, including changes of mind.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographic evidence.
Once approved, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged during delivery:
All hand-sculpted candles, including but not limited to twig candles, rose candles, and snow-covered candles, due to their fragile nature
Custom or personalised candles, which are made to order and considered final sale
3. Workshop Bookings (Candle-Making Workshops)
Workshop bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
If you are unable to attend, you may request a reschedule at least 48 hours before the workshop date, subject to availability.
Requests made less than 48 hours before the workshop, or failure to attend (no-shows), are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
In the unlikely event that Landle must cancel a workshop, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs for non-defective items are non-refundable.
