We take care to handcraft each candle individually, so please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment.

1. Processing Time:

All orders are made-to-order and hand-sculpted, ensuring the highest quality.

Please allow 3–5 business days for production.

Orders are shipped once your candle is carefully packaged for safe delivery.

2. Shipping Rates:

UK Domestic Shipping: Fixed rate of £4 (delivered safely within 3–5 business days after processing).

International Shipping: Additional £8 on top of standard shipping, due to careful packaging and handling.

3. Delivery Time:

UK: Typically 3–5 business days after dispatch.

International: Delivery times vary by destination.

All candles are handcrafted and fragile. We package them securely to minimize risk during transit.

5. Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
