2. Non-Returnable Items: All hand-sculpted candles, including twig candles, rose candles, and snow-covered candles, are fragile and non-returnable unless damaged during delivery. Custom or personalized candles are final sale.
3. Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs for non-defective items are non-refundable.
